TIFF Festival was formed in 2011 as “Trochę Inny Festiwal Fotografii” [trans. A Slightly Different Photography Festival]. Its establishment was both a link to rich tradition of Wrocław’s photography, and a pursuit to create a cultural event, going beyond the traditional way of presenting photography.
